To stay competitive, merchants and issuers need to do more than fight fraud; if they don’t provide customers with frictionless experiences, they risk losing them. In this presentation we will explore the current state of card-not-present fraud and what solutions can help, investigate the growing friendly fraud problem and what can be done, and explain how friendly fraud and false declines damage the customer experience.
