Reggie Whitley is VP of Fraud Investigations and Support at Jenius Bank, the Digital Banking Unit of Manufacturers Bank and SMBC. Reggie joined Manufacturers Bank/SMBC in January 2022 and was part of the team that helped launch Jenius Bank in 2023, building the Digital Fraud Department from the ground up.

Prior to Jenius Bank, Reggie spent 26 years in fraud strategy and operations at some of the nation's largest FI's - Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Wachovia, and First Union as well as product management roles in identity and authentication services at Experian, Early Warning Services, and Credit Karma.

Reggie is an all-world Fraud-Fighter living in Charlotte, NC and calls himself "The Original Teen Titan of Fraud" starting in the industry at 19.
