Having spent his prior 29 years fraud prevention, investigations and law enforcement, Jim is considered an industry fraud expert. Prior to starting Paladin Group, Jim spent time at Orbitz Worldwide as the Global Director of Fraud Prevention for the $12+ billion-dollar online travel agency; Director of Authenticity at Bazaarvoice; Director of Fraud at Home Shopping Network; Sr. Mgr. of Fraud at Dell Financial Services and Sr. Mgr. of Fraud at Citibank. Jim’s a strategic fraud thinker combined with operational execution and a strong reliance on detailed analytics. Jim has created unique methods to be proactive in the fight against fraud as well as mitigating risk without compromising good transactions. Jim is also a 5-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
