He is responsible for the technology and capability strategy of the cybersecurity program at Fiserv. Will manages a global team of cyber technology experts who collaborate with the business to align priorities, drive enhancement of services and adopt strategic technologies to defend against the continuously evolving threat landscape. His leadership provides technology direction to protect Fiserv clients and safeguard against future threats.

Will is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE). He received his bachelor's degree in computer science from Illinois Institute of Technology and a master’s certificate in software engineering from Regis University.
