The attack vectors that fraudsters use to access online accounts continue to grow in number and sophistication at an alarming rate. They include malware, bots, synthetic identities, and now ChatGPT—to name a few. This makes it even harder for financial institutions to effectively authenticate users with as little friction as possible. No single tool or static process can address this. In this session we will discuss how a dynamic authentication approach can not only deliver a secure and efficient user experience but also protect both the institution and its customers.
