Generative AI, large language models, and transformers have understandably enjoyed a lot of attention in recent years. However, behavioral analytics has quietly and diligently been evolving into an increasingly indispensable cornerstone of defense against almost every use case in transaction fraud detection and intervention. This panel will discuss what we mean when we talk about behavioral analytics, some of the use cases it is particularly well-suited for, the state of the art in behavioral analytics, and where it fits into our ever-evolving control frameworks now and in the future.
