AI is foundational to a modern fraud and authentication control framework. We rely upon it to accurately verify identity, prevent fraud, and remain compliant with state and federal regulations. As the world becomes increasingly diverse, technology needs to keep pace with a global society. However, people build AI models. So how do we ensure that bias is not inadvertently introduced into the models being built and deployed, and how do we prove it to regulators and ourselves? This session will explore the potential for bias in AI models, the cost to our business, and how to avoid it.
