Description

In 2021, over 3 million suspicious activity reports were filed in the U.S. A huge percentage of those were related to identity and identity verification and documentation issues, such as inconsistent personally identifiable information, or identity compromise, or falsification. Doing identity verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) right is a key pillar to sustaining a robust anti-money-laundering (AML) program. Yet, today’s accelerating digital world and evolving concept of identity are making identity and KYC, already extremely challenging, even more difficult and complex. Elevating KYC practices to deliver more comprehensive customer profiles and enriched risk intelligence more effectively and efficiently is no longer a nice-to-have, it is now a must-have. Starting with a strong customer information program, organizations must embed more dynamic risk-based approaches and capabilities across the entire customer journey.

Join this panel of experts to learn how you can modernize and optimize your identity and KYC programs, and achieve elevated regulatory compliance, greater financial crime risk mitigation, friction-right customer experiences, and improved operational efficiency.
