Ensuring a good customer experience (CX) while effectively addressing fraud is a primary goal for fraud and line-of-business execs across financial services. Easier said than done, to be sure, especially when taking into account the multiple channels and payment methods that FIs’ customers transact with. This complexity often results in the gaps that fraudsters exploit, and which cause the false declines that so frustrate our good customers. This panel session will explore the key tactics and technologies to help close these gaps to better address fraud and CX across digital banking, CNP, contact center, and branch.
