Chris Lobley is a seasoned financial professional with 23 years of experience in the banking industry, primarily focused within distance banking sales and service. Currently, he is the Vice President and Department Manager for Bangor Savings Bank’s customer contact center, Bangor Support. He is responsible for making sure all customers have a secure, but enjoyable experience anytime they need help solving a problem within their financial life-cycle. His team manages all customer service channels including call center, digital communications, digital banking, and online sales. They focus on softening the authentication process for the customer, understanding the root cause of the issue, helping them understand the solution, and making sure they know their business is appreciated. Chris designed and implemented the customer authentication program for Bangor Savings Bank and recently integrated voice biometrics.

Chris holds a B.S. in hospitality and recreation management from UMaine Machias and a M.B.A. in organizational management from Husson University.
