After graduating from York College of Pennsylvania in 2007 Jon began his career in Retail Service and Operations transitioning to Insurance/Financial Services in 2011. Over the last decade he has held roles in Contact Center Operation, Oversight & Control, and since 2016 Fraud Detection & Prevention.
As Director, Fraud Detection & Prevention for Prudential Jon helps lead fraud prevention efforts for Prudential’s Annuities and Individual Life Insurance businesses with a focus on program development and emerging trends. He believes a successful fraud mitigation strategy finds the proper balance of people, process, and technology and that providing consistent training to teams on the right tools and procedures is key to identifying attempted fraud at the earliest opportunity.
