As the Head of Originations Fraud Strategy for Citizens, Yury Pishchik is responsible for fraud prevention, detection and response for all new accounts opened throughout the organization.  Ensuring all channels have robust layered security and anomaly detection controls capable of combating modern threats.  In his over 13 years with Citizens Bank, Yury has overseen the card strategies team along with leading the customer awareness & education program and implementation of several key security projects designed to strengthen customer authentication standards while ensuring an optimal customer experience. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Babson College. He resides in Medway, MA and is an avid skier and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
