Gus Cheatham, is the Senior Vice President of Customer Protection Operations at Capital One Bank. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Over his 20+ years with Capital One, he has led a number of operations and analyst teams across their credit card, retail and direct banking businesses. Gus is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Outside of work, Gus enjoys hiking, working on old cars, cooking and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
