Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Ms. Machavaram worked at MUFG Bank N.Y. for 5 years where she was an in-house AML SME for FinTech/Crypto for MUFG Group. She worked as an external consultant for nine years before MUFG. Her focus as a consultant in AML practice included providing financial institution clients with technology portfolio analysis and upgrade strategy, enterprise wide risk assessments and AML program overhauls.
