In his current role, Robert’s responsibilities include the strategic fraud risk management of Chase’s high value consumer base, leading special event & disaster strategy teams, and the fraud point of sale risk management of the Business and Commercial Card portfolios, respectively.  Additionally, Robert developed and leads a Merchant Engagement function that proactively partners with clients on fraud reduction & authorization optimization initiatives.

Prior to his current role, Rob led a number of analytics team in mortgage operations driving reduced vendor response time and increased underwriting quality.  Rob started his career at JPMorgan Chase in 2006 in mortgage risk management and was responsible for loan loss forecasts & analytics during the housing crisis. 

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
